When did Glamorous Weddings open?
Glamorous Weddings opened in August 2010. Our first clients were Ashley and Michael Meadors.
- Who started the business?
Michelle Miskell is the owner of Glamorous Weddings. Being “the planner’ for the family dinners and get together’s, coordinating a wedding just comes naturally. “I really pay attention to the details, that’s what matters most to my couples. They want the wedding to reflect who they are.”
- Inspiration behind the concept?
We wanted to give couples a service they could afford. A lot of couples don’t view wedding planners a necessity until it’s too late. We wanted to show couples that by hiring a planner they can save hundreds because of the connections we have with other vendors.
- What services does Glamorous Weddings offer?
Glamorous Weddings offers 3 different packages for couples to choose from.
For the D-I-Y Bride who just needs a coordinator to ensure the ceremony and reception run smoothly, our Day-Of package would be perfect.
If just the thought of planning a wedding has you stressed out, we have a package that takes care of all the planning for you!
We also offer al a carte services for those couples that just need some advice and planning direction.
- What makes Glamorous Weddings different?
Weddings can be stressful and expensive. Our goal is not only make the planning process simple, but we help you get the most for your money. We don’t feel you should start off your marriage in debt, we can help you make your wedding look like a million bucks without spending it!
- What’s new on the horizon?
2015 will be the year for the dresses! Off the shoulder, backless, and ballerina gowns are really going make a hit.
